This notice explains the account, usage and security information processed by Codxon Voice.
Information we process
We process account details, subscription records, generation metadata, device information and approximate network location needed to operate and secure the service.
Voice samples and consent
When you create a custom voice, the uploaded sample is transferred to our contracted voice provider for processing. Codxon Voice does not retain the audio file in its database; we retain a cryptographic sample fingerprint, file metadata, your rights confirmation, account, device context and time for security, support and abuse prevention.
Sensitive content
Scripts and provider secrets are not written to activity logs. Provider credentials are encrypted and remain server-side.
Retention
Retention varies by record type and plan. Custom-voice consent and audit records may be retained after clone deletion where reasonably required to address fraud, rights claims, security or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of eligible personal information through support.
