Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Codxon Voice and its speech-generation services.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and all activity performed through your account.
Subscriptions and usage
Paid access, allowances, renewal dates and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Usage outside an allowance may require an upgrade or additional usage purchase.
Generated content
You remain responsible for scripts, voice samples and generated audio. You must not misrepresent synthetic speech as an authentic human recording.
Custom voices
You may clone only your own voice or a voice for which you have explicit, documented permission. You authorise us and our speech provider to process submitted samples to create and operate the requested clone.
Availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, provider limits and events outside our control may occasionally affect availability.
